By accessing or using the DocsEngine website (docsengine.online) and online document tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Description of Service

DocsEngine provides browser-based tools for merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, converting, and processing digital documents (including PDF, Word, Excel, text, and image formats). All uploaded files and converted documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 2 hours.

3. Ownership of Your Documents

You retain 100% of all rights, title, and ownership in all documents submitted to DocsEngine. We claim zero ownership, license, or copyright interest in your files. We do not inspect, publish, or use your uploaded content for any purpose other than executing the specific file action you initiate.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload or transmit documents that contain malware, spyware, trojans, or computer viruses.

• Engage in automated abusive requests or actions that degrade service availability for other users.

• Violate applicable international laws, copyrights, or intellectual property rights of third parties.

5. Availability & Service Warranties

While DocsEngine strives for high availability and reliable conversion performance, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that file conversion will be error-free for severely corrupted, password-protected, or non-standard file formats.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DocsEngine or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services.
